Client agrees not to input, upload, or otherwise process any images, products, deliverables, drafts, working files, or creative assets provided or posted on any media platform by Brooke’s Art Space into any artificial intelligence tool, machine learning model, generative Al platform, or similar automated system, for any purpose, without the prior written consent from Brooke the Founder and Owner of Brooke’s Art Space.
Copyrights
Ownership: All artwork, images, and text displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Brooke’s Art Space and protected under international copyright laws.
Retention of Rights: The copyright for all artwork remains with the artist, even after the original physical piece, digital download, or copy of original piece is sold.
Restrictions: No image or material may be downloaded, reproduced, copied, or used for personal or commercial gain without prior written consent from the artist.
